Physcial & Insurance forms need to be completed and filed in the Athletic Office prior to starting practice. Forms can be picked up in the Athletic Office. |

Transportation Fee payments will need to be made at this time. Cash or check accepted no credit cards.
If your son or daughter does not have a Code of Conduct on file one will need to be completed at this time.

| Sports passes are sold at every home game: Adults $50, Student $25, Family $140-Family Passes include K-8 and adults. High school students need to purchase student passes. Senior citizens may obtain a golden pass from the athletic office. Individual tickets are $5 each at the gate. |
| Hall of Fame Game is Friday, September, 25th w/ inductees being honored at half-time. Inductees for the Class of 2009 are: Don Watters '37, Ron Finch Jr. '80, Ryan Janson'94 and Jake Fuller '96. A brunch honoring the inductees will be held on Sat. Sept. 25th, @ the Brass Cafe'. Please call if you have any questions. |
