Cancellation News

In case of bad weather (such as ice, snow, or fog) tune in to your local radio stations WCEN FM and WCFX FM and/or Mt. Pleasant Public School’s local TV broadcast on channel 98. You may also get school closing information on local channel 9/10 (CBS), channel 5 (NBC), and channel 12 (ABC). If school is released early, we will follow the plan on your child’s early dismissal form.

We will not be able to make calls home in the event of an early dismissal but will be announced on the school Channel 98.

Volunteering At Ganiard

We welcome parents and families to volunteer at Ganiard throughout the year. You are needed for room parents, field trips, and all school parties! If you are interested in volunteering please go to the Mt. Pleasant Public Schools web site and fill out a volunteer history file search. This is a requirement for all of Mt. Pleasant Public schools.
